Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from DMS Trading Company, an India-based proprietorship firm engaged in the trading and supply of agro and agricultural products.
Refunds are provided only in cases where an order is successfully cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be initiated only under the following conditions:
- The order is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order and before it has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
- The order is cancelled by DMS Trading Company due to stock unavailability, quality issues, pricing errors, payment failure, or operational constraints.
3. No Return & No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of agro and agricultural products, including perishability, storage sensitivity, and quality variations, DMS Trading Company does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance
- Issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery
4. Refund Process
Once a valid cancellation request is approved:
- The refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- Any applicable taxes will be refunded as per Indian tax laws.
Please note that delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
