This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on DMS Trading Company. We are an India-based proprietorship firm engaged in the trading and supply of agro and agricultural products. By placing an order through our website or sales channels, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Once the order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of agro and agricultural products, including perishability, quality sensitivity, and storage conditions, DMS Trading Company follows a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.
Once the products are delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order by the customer, or suitability issues.
Customers are advised to carefully verify product specifications, quantity, and requirements before placing an order.
3. Order Cancellation by DMS Trading Company
DMS Trading Company reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-availability of stock
- Quality control issues
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
- Operational, logistical, or unforeseen reasons
In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be initiated where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Any applicable taxes will be refunded as per Indian tax laws. Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
